I wouldn’t recommend ordering with this…
I wouldn’t recommend ordering with this company they “delivered”to a shop below my flat when I put my flat number in I wasn’t able to locate the parcel this was a month ago now, they said they was investigating and cna take up to a week I’ve sent several messages over the last week and have no response at all from them so I’m now over £300 down it’s disgusting.

I emailed them to fix and issue with my address because when you select the google address that prefills when placing order it doesnt put your entire address just the street number . They then emailed me back saying that they fixed the issue and that i had nothing to worry about 10 days later i check the tracking and it was returned to sender due to wrong address. If they could not have fixed it they should have just cancelled the order and had me re-order but they basically lied . I just want my money back i probably wont order from them again .

Still waiting on next day order 2 days…
Still waiting on next day order 2 days late, tracking shows it’s still to be sent by the seller (Missy empire) and no communication back apart from to tell me I ordered past 7 on a Thursday therefor would be Monday my items came

Also CS team has looked into this following there reply and have to wait 2 days to be refunded although this purchase was made Thursday 15th of July. Madness.

They’re saying they’re contacting the courier my tracking states they’re awaiting items from seller.

If only everyone had the money to buy 3 dresses to not arrive to have to purchase in replace of them…. But unfortunately not everyone does and with the tracking and fact it was ment to arrive yesterday I shouldn’t be waiting for a refund!

Such a poor size range
Such a poor size range. Got a skirt in a size L. Didn’t bother trying it on such poor sizing. It was tiny was not a L size.
Jumper I got meh okay, I got what I paid for. Will be returning the skirt as it is just awful.

On the 14th of July I paid for next day…
On the 14th of July I paid for next day delivery for a dress, it is now the 18th of July and I am yet to receive that dress which I had bought for my holiday on the 21st of July.

Missing items from order
I ordered 4 items from missy empire and only 2 of the 4 items arrived I got in touch and some one from customer service said it had to be investigated. Then I got another email to say the couldn’t further do anything because my order was fully packed and my parcel was not tampered with by the courier but that doesn’t explain why I have two missing items from my order I am now out of £28. Don’t order from missy empire!

I payed for next day delivery especially for a event it’s been 4/5 days and I have still not received my parcel. When I receive it I will be sending it straight back.

Customer service good, overall Dissapointing and frustrating
Customer service in the means of replying has been very efficient, nonetheless I never received my first order because issues with the carrier they choose to deliver their products, tracking number was not working, three weeks after the order was submitted and suposedly the carrier didnt even send it. At least got a refund on that. Made a second through express delivery to see if I could get that one faster and the problem was the same. Its been more than a month in this whole process, and now 12 days since they said I had to wait for that order to get back to them before been able to give me a refund. An order that didnt even make it to me because of the same problem that probably theyve had before with other customers. Just hope I can get a refund because in this economy we dont have 50$ to gift to a big company :-)

Generally good quality clothes that…
Generally good quality clothes that last. Only bug bear with them is if you build up points & use them on an order, if you return something they will take the discount from your refund. So essentially you lose the discount if you return items and they refund you less money. I didn’t think this was fair when I returned one item out of an order of 7.

Apart from that, clothes are good, website is good, I would recommend.

Beige Knit Balloon cable cardigan
I got the first cardigan and it was true to size, quality and colour. I had to order a second cardigan to alternate. They are good stuff. I rate 95%.

Refusing to refund me for items I haven’t received
I emailed as I received my parcel not sealed with missing items, attaching various images as proof, to be met with less than satisfactory customer service, they are not taking fault, won’t replace my items or reimburse me, it’s the first time I’ve ordered from there and I wish I hadn’t now, I’m left having to pay for something I haven’t received.
